Deploy version 1 of the general availability application Done by Done - task management

Replace recent tasks with public tasks from the database. Maintain similar layout as demo version.

In a layout model there are placeholders for tasks to appear on the unauthenticated home page of the application. These should be replaced by records from the tasks table that are marked as public and not Done or Cancel status. Limit 10
